What is TtT?

The Train the Trainers (TtT) is an additional training measure that is carried out in German standard.

The TtT is based on the trainer certification regulation (AEVO), a regulation valid since 2009 by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research in Germany.


This regulation indicates the requirements to work as a trainers under the Vocational Training Act in Germany.

The training for trainers of trainers takes 100 hours of lecture, thus providing sufficient time to convey the lesson in theory and in practice. By doing so, education is organized in a clear and practical way, and the course helps to prepare the trainer for his or her work.

The training from skilled workers ensures the future of the company. In order to educate young people efficiently, the trainers should take this with responsibility, effort, and empathy.
